My Story.

Hey I’m Mohammed Ullah, serial entrepreneur for three decades.

I have had businesses in a multitude of industries, from catering to transport. I have seen it all.

But there has always been one industry in particular that has always caught my attention: property.

I’ve been investing in property since 2006, but it took me until 2022 to become financially free.

But there’s a reason for this…

Up until 2019, I had been using the old school, traditional Buy To Let way of investing in property.

For most, this is the only way to invest in property.

I made very small returns, and certainly not enough to live off.

There had to be another way.

I started to look into property training and came across many coaches who charged thousands upon thousands.

I ended up spending £60,000 on my education, and I got all of the strategies under my belt.

I have since added several properties to my portfolio with one of them making over £5,400 in its first month.

I want to cut the bullsh*t.
